care.

holistic approach

It is all connected. We cannot compartmentalize care and expect to get to the root. This care will focus on the pelvis and womb, but will also encompass all aspects which impact the way you move through this world in your complex body. We will pay attention to nourishment, relationships, self-perception, and many other aspects that create who you are. This is slow, patient, present care…not a quick fix.

trauma informed

This care honors and understands that the body remembers everything. There will never be a moment where you are not in full authority of your experience. The utmost care is taken to ensure you are making conscious decisions for yourself from a place of deep integrity and full consent. I require sobriety during the time of session, this includes cigarettes, vapes, psychedelics, stimulants, antipsychotics, and anti-depressants to support this.

education centred

The goal of this care is to guide you into deeper relationship with your own body. This cannot be done if you are kept out of the loop on how it is being supported. This care cannot make a lifelong impact without your full participation and devotion to your own personal practice. For this reason, education is a major part of this care - to give you the tools to support your own body when you. leave.

Womb care is a continuum. We as women are born with the space in our bodies to hold the sacred womb ~ nestled in the centre of the body offering us the living breathing Home where we all have come from.

The womb, hopefully, lives within us through

our first breath,

to first bleed,

to last bleed,

to last breath.

And yet…for many, the womb is never fully held. Never fully seen. Never fully acknowledged. And is living in a state of depletion, illness, misalignment, and weakness for most women today.

Womb care is a remembrance for the body to return back to the origin. The natural state meant to be experienced by every woman is one which is vibrant, healthy, sexual, fluid, and nourished in every way - head to toe.

It is never too late to write a new story.

My approach is one rooted in the physiology of the female body. Focusing on supporting the structural integration of the pelvis through tending to the layers of the fascial matrix and organs which create the living, movable system we breathe and exist within.

This care blends techniques of modern knowledge with ancient traditional medicine which has existed for as long as women first began holding one another’s wombs….this care is embedded and remembered by the tissues in all if us as keepers of the womb.
